Harbor Fullerton Concrete runs from a yard at 1310 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA, pours concrete, and owns every page here. It trades under this name and no other. Its license is a C-8, the California classification covering concrete, held in the founder's own name. The number on these pages rings the yard. It is not a shared line and it is not sold on, so nobody you never contacted will ring you about a driveway.

What an estimate is

One document connected to this site carries a number, and it is the estimate, written on your property and left with you. It is good for 30 days, at which point the materials are re-priced and the sheet either stands or is replaced.
