What the form asks for

Six fields, and there is no seventh: a first name, a last name, an email address, a telephone number, the kind of concrete work wanted, and a box to describe the job in. The street address is not asked for online; it is written down on the phone at the point the visit is booked. The server keeps a plain log of its own alongside, which address a request arrived from, which browser, which pages, and when. That is the whole of it. This site has no account to open and none to sign into.

What it is used for

Four uses and no fifth. The call back within 1 business day about whatever you described. Locating the property and settling a time, which is why the phone number is the field that matters most. Then the measuring, and the writing of the estimate itself. And afterward the job record, mix, base depth, joint layout, because a guarantee query arriving in year seven can only be answered from what was actually laid. Nothing is sold and nothing reaches an advertiser.

Who else sees it

Two groups, nobody else. Within the business it is the founder, who makes the visit and writes the estimate, and the men rostered onto your job. Beyond it, the firms that host these pages and run the phone, the email and the texting, each working to instruction and keeping nothing back. A public body sees only what a statute makes it see, the job address on an EasyDev application, or on an encroachment application at Public Works Engineering. None of it is sold.

Cookies, tags and analytics

No consent banner appears on this site, for the plain reason that nothing here needs consenting to. The pages set no cookie. Nothing analytical runs on them, no advertising tag, no tracking pixel, no session recorder, and not one file loads from a company in that line of work. Links do leave the site, the map on the yard address, a review platform, the city and federal pages cited in the copy, and from the click onward you are with somebody else.

How long any of it is kept

Three clocks run here. An inquiry that came to nothing is wiped 12 months on from whatever the last contact about it was, which is enough for somebody who puts a drive off through a wet winter and calls again in spring. Where concrete actually went in, the file stays 10 years: California leaves that long for a latent construction defect to show itself, and the estimate, the dockets and the photographs answer a claim that late. The server log goes at 90 days.

What you can ask for in California

A Californian can require an account of what is held, have it put right, and have it deleted; each request gets an answer inside 45 days. STOP ends the texts and a word ends the calls. The CCPA, as the CPRA amended it, is where those rights sit, and it also forbids penalising anyone for using them. The state Attorney General publishes a plain account of them. Ring or email the yard to make one.

Not a site for children

These pages are addressed to a property owner or somebody acting for one, which means an adult. Nothing is asked of anyone under 18, and nothing about a child is held here on purpose. Should it turn out that a child filled the form in, the entry is destroyed and no answer is sent to it. A parent who thinks that has happened should ring the yard; it is dealt with that day.

Changes, and how to ask

An edit to this page follows an actual change under it: analytics being added, a retention clock moved, the email carried by a different supplier. Whichever dated version stands above is the one that governs. No announcement goes out and there is nothing to subscribe to.
